SOBER LIVING. REAL SUPPORT. LASTING CHANGE.
For Men & Women in Recovery
Treatment gave you a foundation. Bridgeway is where you build on it. This is a home for people who are done with the chaos and ready to live differently — surrounded by others who get it.
Recovery is harder alone. You’ll live with peers who hold you accountable and have your back — the kind of community that keeps you grounded.
Clear house expectations, routines, and accountability — the daily structure that turns early recovery into a real, lasting life.
A comfortable, dignified place to live — not an institution. You’re rebuilding your life as an adult, not as a patient.
Support with work, school, finances, and reintegration — the practical steps that move you from surviving to building a future.
Structure is the point. Here's the rhythm residents build their days around.
Wake, accountability check, and a quick house meeting to set the day's intentions.
Residents are expected to be productive — a job, school, volunteering, or a structured job search.
Meetings, step work, and time with the community you’re recovering alongside.
Evening check-ins, curfew, and a substance-free environment you can actually rest in.
Weekly goal-setting and accountability around recovery, work, finances, and next steps.
We’re preparing to welcome women into Bridgeway. Join our interest list and we’ll reach out when beds open.
For Treatment Providers
The weeks after discharge are the most fragile. Bridgeway gives your clients a structured, accountable next step — and gives your team a partner who communicates.
Coordinated move-ins aligned with your discharge timeline. We meet clients where they are and ease the step from clinical care to independent living.
Substance-free housing with clear house expectations, recovery routines, and peer support — the structure that keeps early recovery stable.
Quick fit assessments, transparent admissions updates, and ongoing communication with your clinical and case-management team when appropriate.
Why Providers Refer
You need a partner you can trust with the clients you’ve invested in. Bridgeway is designed around what makes referrals easier and outcomes safer.
Our Program
Bridgeway is a recovery-focused living environment for men and women — not a replacement for clinical treatment, but the stable next step that sustains it.
Safe, well-maintained homes with clear standards designed to reduce post-treatment instability.
A community of peers committed to recovery — the everyday accountability clinical care can’t provide at home.
House expectations, curfews, meeting engagement, and check-ins that keep structure front and center.
Support with employment, finances, daily routines, and reintegration — the practical bridge to independent living.
How to Join
Whether you’re a provider referring a client or someone seeking housing, the steps are the same — and most fit assessments happen within 24 hours.
A provider, family member, or the applicant themselves contacts us by phone or the form below. Tell us your situation and timeline.
We complete a quick clinical-fit and appropriateness review, including treatment history and any considerations to flag.
We align move-in with your discharge timeline, handle logistics, and confirm release-of-information preferences for providers.
The resident joins a structured, accountable community — and we keep referring providers in the loop as appropriate.

About Bridgeway
Bridgeway Living LLC exists for the moment after treatment ends — when structure disappears and the risk of relapse is highest. We give our residents the stable, accountable environment that carries clinical progress into lasting recovery.
Our team brings lived recovery experience and a deep respect for the clinical work that comes before us. We don’t replace your program — we extend it, giving the clients you send a dignified next step and giving your team a referral partner you can trust.
